Wages

JCAD offers competitive wage structures designed to recognize and reward the dedication and specialized skills of our team members. Entry‑level EMTs begin at a strong base rate, with clear, structured pay increases for each certificated level (Advanced EMT, Paramedic) and for years of experience. Additionally, shift differentials and weekend/holiday premiums provide extra compensation for off‑peak and high‑demand hours. Beyond base pay, JCAD supports professional growth through regular step increases and merit raises, ensuring your hard work and commitment are consistently acknowledged in your paycheck.
