With over two decades of service and leadership, Chief Gamblin brings deep experience and a strong commitment to the mission of the District. He began his career with the District at its inception in 2003 and earned his paramedic license in 2005. His dedication to growth and excellence propelled him through the ranks—serving as Battalion Chief in 2007, Division Chief of Training in 2011, Deputy Chief in 2017, and being appointed EMS Chief in 2025. He is deeply
committed to building a positive team culture and supporting the professional growth of those he leads. When he’s not serving the community, Chief Gamblin enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two children – often on the
sidelines cheering them on in their many sports and activities.
