Battalion Chief Loescher joined JCAD in July of 2021, and iscurrently the Battalion Chief on B-shift. She obtained her EMT license in 2021 and later her paramedic license through JCAD’s paramedic program in 2023. For BC Loescher, every day in EMS is a new challenge, a new person to try and help, and a new thing to learn.
