Captain Rivera joined JCAD in May of 2017, and is currently the Captain on C-shift. She obtained her EMT license in 2007 and later her paramedic license in 2010. Jenny loves knowing that she is making a difference in the lives of others. When she’s not at work, Jenny enjoys reading, hand quilting, crocheting, and making beautiful stained glass artwork.
